Ishwar Arts and Crafts is engaged in the business of handicrafts, God statues, paintings, home décor, ethnic clothing, and jewelry (“Products”) through the Website.

  • Pricing errors may be corrected without prior notice. Orders with incorrect pricing may be cancelled with refunds processed.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for bank/payment failures or unauthorized use of payment instruments.

9. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping, refund, and cancellation policies are governed by our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchase of products.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
