Thank you for shopping with Ishwar Arts and Crafts. At Ishwar Arts and Crafts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms below.

Please read our return and refund rules carefully:

1. Returns

• Eligible only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Product must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and invoice.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Jewelry, clothing, or décor items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Framed paintings
• Custom-made or special-order statues

3. Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 4–5 business days via the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect in your bank/credit card statement depending on your provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except if the error is on our side).

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations are allowed only before order dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
