Yes, all of our statues are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color, finish or detailing are natural and considered a part of the craftsmanship, not defects.

* Do you offer custom-made statues?

Yes, we create custom-made statues based on size, design and material preferences. These are crafted specially for you by our artisans.

* Are custom-made statues returnable or cancellable?

No, Custom-made statues cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order is placed. Since each piece is tailored to your specifications, the crafting process begins immediately.

* What should I do if I receive a damaged statue?

If your statue arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at “customercare@ishwararts.com” within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

* How do you pack the statues for safe delivery?

We use multi-layer protective packaging, including bubble wrap, foam support and sturdy boxes, to ensure the statue is delivered safely and securely.

* How should I care for my statue?

• Dust gently using a soft, dry cloth.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or water on painted or metal surfaces.

• Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• For brass statues, occasional polishing may be required.

* Can I request images during production of my custom statue?

Yes! We share progress photos or videos on request so you can see the making process and approve details as the statue is crafted.
