We ship through trusted and leading courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

* What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support “customercare@ishwararts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist you with replacement or resolution at the earliest.

* What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day return policy for all domestic orders.

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

1. The product is unused and unworn

2. It is in original condition

3. It has no marks, scent or damage

4. It is returned with original packaging and tags

5. A return handling fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned order, return courier charges will be paid by the customer.

For damaged or defective items, this fee will not apply.

Handcrafted items require gentle care. Please follow these guidelines:

For Clothing & Textiles

1. First wash should be Dry Clean only

2. Heavy embroidered items must be Dry Cleaned

3. Casual items may be washed separately in cold water

4. Hand-dyed products may have slight color bleeding (normal due to artisanal methods)

We are not responsible for damage caused by not following care instructions.
