Yes, all paintings are handcrafted by skilled artists. Each piece is unique and slight variations in texture or detailing are natural and add to the artwork’s authenticity.

* Do you offer custom-made paintings?

Yes, we offer custom painting services based on your preferred size, theme, colors or style (portrait, devotional, abstract, traditional art, etc.).

* Are custom-made paintings returnable or cancellable?

No, Custom-made paintings are non-returnable and non-cancellable because they are created specifically to your requirements and begin production immediately after the order.

* What should I do if I receive a damaged painting?

If your painting is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. We will help with a replacement or solution.

* How long does delivery take?

• Ready stock paintings: 3-5 days

• Custom paintings: 20-30 days depending on artwork details and size.

* Can I request progress updates for custom paintings?

Yes! We can share in-progress photos or videos so you can approve the work at key stages before completion.

* Do you offer framing options?

Yes, framing is available for most paintings. You can choose from multiple frame styles or purchase the painting unframed.

* Can I return a ready-made painting?

Yes, ready-stock paintings can be returned within 2 days if they are unused, undamaged and in original packaging with tags.
(Custom made paintings are not eligible.)

* Do you sell prints also?

No, We don’t sell prints. We sell purely handmade paintings sourced from our best artists.
