* How long will it take for my order to reach me?

• Delivery within India: 10 days
• International Delivery: 15 days

• Made-to-Order Products:
Some items—especially handcrafted pieces, god statues, paintings, and customized décor—may take 30–45 days due to detailed workmanship and artisan crafting.

* What delivery methods do you use?

We ship through trusted and leading courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic Couriers:
Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTDC.

International Shipping Partners:
FedEx, DHL, UPS & India Post.

* What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support “customercare@ishwararts.comwithin 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you with replacement or resolution at the earliest.

* What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day return policy for all domestic orders.

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

The product is unused and unworn
It is in original condition
It has no marks, scent or damage
It is returned with original packaging and tags

A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned order, return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
For damaged or defective items, this fee will not apply.

Handcrafted items require gentle care. Please follow these guidelines:

For Clothing & Textiles

First wash should be Dry Clean only
Heavy embroidered items must be Dry Cleaned
Casual items may be washed separately in cold water
Hand-dyed products may have slight color bleeding (normal due to artisanal methods)

We are not responsible for damage caused by not following care instructions.

Dust regularly using a soft cloth
Handle delicate parts gently
